AMSOIL / Technical visualization
Show what a camera cannot reach.
AMSOIL needed to compare three grease conditions inside a wind-turbine bearing that a camera could not reach. We reconstructed the assembly from limited references and stock models, then developed the animation with engineering guidance.

A complete assembly from incomplete parts.
There was no usable CAD assembly. Reference footage, component PDFs, diagrams, and two stock turbine models were combined and rebuilt into a credible internal drivetrain with guidance from an AMSOIL engineer.

Control the grease without overbuilding the simulation.
A controllable animation setup made the grease move convincingly inside the bearing and kept revisions practical through creative and engineering review.

The reconstructed assembly in context
The cutaway connects the bearing detail to the larger drivetrain.

The same scene at a ten-foot scale.
The reconstructed turbine scene was adapted into a large-format still for a follow-up trade-show commission.

One asset. More than one explanation.
One technically credible asset explained an otherwise hidden process and could be adapted from motion into a large-format sales environment.
